You can also separate them by season. You may want to place those clothes that are still for the next season in upper shelves to give way to clothing that will be in use for the current season.
3. Eat a real breakfast. This is called break-fast for a reason. You are breaking the fast your body has been experiencing while you slept.. You will be surprised what a difference it will make when you try cereal and milk with fruit, or try a simple sandwich of toast and egg with breakfast meat.
- Trust your instincts. There is nothing wrong with deciding you truly want something if it has value for you and you want to give it space in your life. There is also nothing wrong if you can’t imagine yourself using something that others find valuable. What do you gain by keeping something you don’t want or won’t use? What could you gain by letting it go?
