The Internet Marketing world is still buzzing about back-links and how valuable they are in regard to establishing your site as being on Google’s page one results.   While there are new technologies – like SM and RSS/Hotlink – that are generating huge increases in back-links, you should be aware that article marketing has not been eliminated as a back-link methodology.   There is no truth in the rumor that article marketing is dead.   Article marketing is as effective as ever at generating real back links to websites, it is just that recent technology advances in software and website screening have tilted the balance in terms of what now works.
