As an internet marketer you need to be careful not to fall into the trap of relying on the internet as the main source of your customer base. When you conduct most of your business activities, socialize and keep in touch with your friends and family online, it is easy to forget that there is a world that exists outside of your computer as well. Your business will suffer if you don’t branch out to other arenas. Never forget that there are potential clients everywhere you go! You just have to get them to pay attention to you. Here are a few tips to help you market your online business to offline clients.

Magazine advertising is a powerful method. You can easily find magazines in your need to run a classified ad. Running an ad in these classified sections is fairly cheap. Advertising in a magazines is a better way of spending your money and this is why; a magazine centers around one topic and most people that read the magazine are very interested in the subject, they will check out the ads if it is relevant to the subject; newspapers are the complete opposite and the readers most likely are just reading breaking stories or other sections that they skim through before throwing it in the garbage. The good thing about magazine ads is that your product and site will be in front of the eyes of people who are authentically passionate about your niche. Your sales will go through the roof if you go out and make this work.

Get something small printed, like key chains or sticky notes and hand them out or leave them in strategic places. Find places to hand these items out or give some to local businesses to give to people for free. It’s also a good idea to distribute these items around any public places where there are lots of people. Think of the places you yourself frequently visit, and leave them around there the next time you stop by.

Another powerful method but one that is usually ignored is pinning fliers up on bulletin boards; like the ones in grocery stores and other locations. This is one of the free methods that will bring you results. And during holidays you can expect your fliers to be seen by thousands of people. Most the people that enter a library or store stops and takes a look at the bulletin board; your ad can be one of the ones they see. You could bring in hundreds or even thousands of dollars in business by advertising on local bulletin boards!

The world is not limited to the internet. We may know how to find exactly what we are searching for online but many people give up after one or two searches. If you ever have dreams of becoming a millionaire marketer then you need to include offline sales into your system.
